  A doctor’s order is needed to qualify for home health care program. People who are homebound or have difficulty leaving their home and require intermittent skilled nursing or other qualifying services such as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy can qualify to receive home health care program.

  We will provide any or combination of these services only when prescribed by your physician and our office and field staff will work with your physician to establish and implement a home health care program that best fits your needs.
